Application Deadline

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until March 26, 2027.
Applications may close early once all booth spaces are sold out.

How to Apply

  1. ① Apply online through the website or submit the completed application form by email.
  2. ② Pay the deposit (50% of the participation fee) within 3 days of submitting the application.

※ Please note that booth allocation priority will be determined based on the order of deposit payment.

  • Exhibitors are provided with exhibition space only by the organizer and are responsible for arranging their own booth construction, installation, and decoration.
  • The minimum application unit is 2 booths.
  • Booth structures may not exceed 5 m in height from the exhibition hall floor.
  • Electricity must be ordered separately if lighting is required.
